We arrived on a gorgeous spring evening in late April. The Glen was looking at it's finest, and there is nowhere better to be when it is like that. The rooms are very comfortable, and we had a nice relax in the hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was great. All in all, a very pleasant stop, and a shame...

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome,Sonia and Graham are the friendliest couple I have ever had the pleasure to know as a mother of four you can understand my apprehension, a lively four year old sharing someone else's house left me more than anxious. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Sonia and Graham are wonderful hosts who provided a delicious meal for us the night of our arrival and our accomodations worked very well for us and our two teenage girls. The animals were a huge hit and we were fortunate enough to be there during "lambing" season. Twins were born...

Our room also had a small kitchen...

After a very busy day and long drive, it was a real tonic to have such a place to rest, stay and relax for a bit. A lovely room, comfortable beds and warm hosts to greet us. Having the felxibility of...

We stayed here four years ago and the children still talk about it (and clamour to go back). Hugely welcoming hosts, good food, lots for kids to do (small temporary swimming pool, trampoline, jaccuzi, horses, cattle ...)
Only catch was the A road which is very close - no problem for a short stay, but not 'perfect highland tranquility' if...
