Katrina, Colin and the kids gave us such a warm welcome. We had a wonderfully comfy and beautifully decorated suite - double and single adjoining - with a gorgeous view over the firth. So clean, with luxurious touches and attention to detail. Lovely refreshing sleeps and brilliant breakfasts - yummy haggis! Truly a great place to stay! And the kids... More

Katrina stayed open for us after we were delayed driving through snow from Kent and arriving at 10pm. A warm friendly welcome with spotless, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast choice, taken overlooking the Dornoch Firth. Would readily recommend for a comfortable sensibly priced stay in the area. Thanks for your hospitality Geoff & Paul

Very helpful - snow and adverse weather meant we didn't arrive until 10.00pm but we were made very welcome. Beautifully clean, modern and well maintained Loved the breakfasts - good choices. I didn't go hungry. Wonderful views out to sea and to the mountains. Only had a short three day stay, but it felt like a little holiday! Thanks Katrina... More

I stayed with Katrina & Colin during the week for a period of 7 months and they could not have made me feel more at home. The B&B is modern, comfortable, warm, with excellent amenities including wifi. The standard of cleanliness, quality of furnishings and attention to detail is second to none. I would urge anyone visiting Tain or the... More

Don't hesitate to book a room at Morangie B&B. It's beautiful refurbished with a modern look. Not a very large room, but you've got everything you need. Very friendly welcome and lot's of help on finding a place to eat in the evening. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, always a plus for us! Last but not least: the view from... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our journey back from the far north and despite any prior research on B&B's in the area, struck gold with this one. Accommodation is spotless and very tasteful and the huge breakfast would satisfy even the biggest appetite. Katrina is a very friendly host and I would not hesitate to... More
