I only stayed there one night but what a wonderful stay. The welcome, food and accomodation -all were fantastic! I can thoroughly recommend the scrambled eggs! The location, in a small village was beautifully scenic and seemed to be very relaxing. Although I was only there for a short time I will definitely be back and probably for longer next... More

We were blown away by the friendly hosts, Paula and Graeme. So genuine and they both made a point to be sure there was nothing we were left in need of. Part of our visit to Scotland included looking for ancestral burial sites and we hadn't had much success. Paula suggested 3 cemeteries within a few miles which we were... More

We were cycling through Scotland and arrived later than planned at Crosshill, rather wet and muddy. We were met by Paula, with the offer of cake, scones and a fresh pot of tea - and our bikes were whisked safely away until morning. The guest sitting room was beautiful, and the fire had been lit for our arrival. Paula recommended... More

What a great review, thank you for taking the time to write this and for your lovely comments. Your journey here was eventful with the weather and a tyre problem, it always amazes me how cyclists can have a problematic journey and still be as cheerful as you were! It wasn't really ideal weather for going out and I was... More

We were attending a weekend event at nearby Culzean Castle, and on arrival could not have been more helpfull. The service was second to none and the home baking first rate. Excellent B & B. very friendly welcome, Paula was very attentive. I was in the little cottage at the side - it is very homely, included a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Great breakfast, no problems catering for vegetarians. And extremely good value.

Stayed recently for a wedding at the nearby Blairquhan Castle. Had a private bedroom, living/dining area and bathroom - even our own front door. Extremely helpful and friendly service and a smashing breakfast. If you're looking for a B&B in this area, look no further.
