What a delight! Huge room with comfortable beds. Bigger and better than many hotels' 'junior suites.' Very quiet location but only moments,on foot, from the High Street. Joan is a congenial and helpful host. Breakfast is varied and generous. Have the full breakfast at least once with its locally sourced ingredients.

This was our third or fourth time to stay at Cuil Darach. Joan has always been a very gracious host, delivering our every need. Her house is spotless and the food is the greatest. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Joan & Westie Jack are great host, always willing to work around our schedule and furnish us a great nights sleep in a clean comfortable home. The breakfast is always delicious and well prepared, very convenient to small village of Biggar, but with country side views. We indeed came as a guest and left as a FRIEND.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this stay. I had never stayed in a small b&b before and was a bit nervous about staying in someones house. However the landlady was warm and welcoming and the rooms were superb. The decor and bathrooms were done to a very high standard and the views were stunning!

This is a very well run small B&B just off the cnetre of Biggar. We were there for a wedding reception and were able to walk to it. Our room was lovely, very clean and spacious.
