I stayed at the hotel in December 2011 on business and would never stay again. The corridors stink of sick, the plugs ins throughout the corridors do not get rid of the smell. The previous occupant of the room had left their mess in the toilet and it was not flushed, cleaned etc (basic housekeeping I'd have thought). The double... More

I have only marked this hotel down on one point and that was the embarrasing moment caused by the bar staff. I broght the matter up with the bar person's supervisor, but was still disappointed in the way it was handled. I was given, on registration and "Accor" voucher to obtain a drink at the bar. being aware of the... More

I planned a night away for my wife and I to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. I booked a "Studio" room and also asked the hotel staff if they could put a bottle of Bubbly and a bouqet of flowers in the room for us arriving!...The hotel got in touch with me to check my budget!....and they made sure it... Generally a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. Only issues - could hear people walking/running in the corridor, the floor boards were a bit squeaky in the room and unfortunately the pool and sauna were down for two of the four days we were there. More

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us this month. I am sorry for the squeaky floor and the noise from other guests. My husband and I got married at the Ramada on 25th June 2011 and had the most fantastic day. In the run up to the wedding, the hotel staff were so helpful. Our event managers (Denise and Katie) on the day made sure everything ran smoothly. The bar staff made sure no-one went Thirsty and Graeme behind the bar was... More

We arranged a last minute trip to Edinburgh and for a triple room, we could not find anything below £200 in the city, so we decided to stay outside the city. I booked a room here with a double bed plus two singles for 3 guys travelling together. We checked in, staff are professional, friendly and polite but when we... More

Visited this hotel for an overnight stay, a gift from a friend. On arrival, the building does look quite tired, however, once inside I was surprised. We were in a studio room on the first floor. Very clean, lovely large room with big bed which was comfortable. Nice sized bathroom with a great shower. Not much to do in Livingston... More
