I think what you have to remember here is that the hotel in in administration, has been for a few years and not a lot is being spent on it. if you are looking for 5 star accommodation go somewhere else. all I can say is what a huge disappointment! The hotel is set amongst the most beautiful scenery, but the rooms are a disgrace. ..I think they realise that not everything is perfect but they do their best to muddle through while the hotel is in administration.
