Fantastic welcome ....the fruit pavlova was both unexpected and scrumptious. Our room was first class with chocolates, foot spa and a huge array of toiletries. The breakfast was amazing..poached trout just the best. Huge choice for the continental breakfast with gorgeous fruit. Overall highly recommended.

Stayed at Edencoille prior to our last day of walking the West Highland Way. The welcome by Elsie could not have been better. The accommodation was spotless and we wanted for nothing. The breakfast was to die for and the choice was amazing. If anyone says anything critical about this place they've not stayed there.

This was the 4th time I've stayed at Edencoille whilst walking the WHW. Again, Elsie never let us down. We were welcomed to our rooms, then were each given a piece of homemade chocolate cake to have with a cuppa. There were 4 of us, so we had 2 en-suite rooms & both were lovely. Me & my mum had... The landlady & her husband and offered us a bowel of meringue to welcome us on our arrival on our final stopover on the West Highland Way. Our bedroom was very comfortable and the en-suite totally superb with a large shower with a variety of products not found in a 5 star hotel. The next morning we had a sumptuous... More

Interesting to read all the reviews here where people say the welcome was warm and friendly. My experience is that the accommodation itself is hard to fault: rooms are large and clean; there are many lovely touches (free chocolates in the room, a foot spa!); the breakfast was incredible (the usual porridge and full fry of course, but an absolutely... Contrary to the previous review we'd a nice warm welcome with the added bonus of some clootie dumpling from Elsie to have with our cup of tea. Great breakfast choices, lots of fresh fruit always available, rooms spotlessly clean with added extras like foot spas. It is a little difficult to find so print a map/directions first. Enjoyed our stay... More

The attention to detail at this B&B was amazing. The fact that they wanted their guests to really enjoy their stay was obvious in all the thoughtful touches in the rooms, including the foot spar that was especially appreciated by all of us weary West Highland Way walkers. The fresh fruit and cream meringue we were all given on arrival... More
