Great place, friendly hosts, marvellous breakfast and superb value for money. Booked a few weeks ago and just spent last weekend with them when they had a wedding party in overnight and glad to say there wasn't much noise from the guests. we will go back soon and won't have any problem recommending this place to others.

We cycled at 2 degree celsius and arrived completely frozen by the time we found this fantastic B&B (a converted cinema). Ellie did not ask questions, she put the heater on, advised us to take a hot bath and washed all our cycling clothes (no extra charge, she hung the washing up as dryer would have destroyed those special clothes).... I arrived earlier than expected, but checked in and went to the room which was nicely decorated, clean and warm-you can control the heating yourself. Lots of local information in the room. Really enjoyed our last minute stay, where we were made to feel very welcome! Clean, comfortable and relaxed accommodation and excellent breakfast at a very good price. The hotel has great wi-if access and all amenities are provided. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed for two nights and it was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay - nothing was too much trouble and just such a warm welcome. I will definitely be back. Jim and Ele have created a wee home from home i would recommend it to anyone.
