Ashbank was our accommodation on night one of the West Highland Way. We arrived before the official check in time and Mhairi very kindly checked us in immediately. The room we had was very well appointed, good natural light, bright and had a very comfy bed. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and set us up well for the following days... More

Lovely accommodation for the first day of the West Highland Way walk. We arrived early but was able to gain entry to our room,, very welcoming hosts. Great room and shower, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as was the packed lunch. Great location in the centre of the village. Would stay there again.

After a great first day walking the West Highland Way - the break-in day for may- we were glad to find such a comfortable and inviting B&B as Ashbank. Conveniently located just up the hill in Drymen and close to all the pubs and restaurants there were lovely views from the bedroom across to the south. Our host and hostess... More

First night stay on the WHW and couldn't have asked for more. Arrived a bit early and Tommy was only too happy to check us in. Great room with huge en-suite wet room a real bonus. Great location in the centre of the village-just on the other side of the road from the village hall. Breakfast was great with a... More

We travelled up from Lancashire to visit family, we arrived in the evening to a friendly greeting and a warm cosy room, my daughter was very excited and the owners made her feel like a VIP guest! The room was modern, clean and cosy, lots of space and a beautiful bathroom. A lot of care and effort has gone into... More

We arrived on a cold and wet Saturday afternoon, and were made very welcome into the lovely warm house. We had booked the three rooms and they were all beautiful, spacious, very clean with lovely furnishings and bedding, and immaculate shower rooms. Thanks to Tommy, arrived early but that was no problem, had the pick of the rooms chose the biggest, all were very nicely done, very clean. Tommy was very helpful with local and WHW information, few nice pubs in the town for a meal. Breakfast was good and set us up for the next days walking despite the poor weather.

Located in the centre of Drymen, a very clean and modern bed and breakfast. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Our hosts were very friendly. A wonderful place to stay after a long day hiking.
