Staff were very welcoming and happy to store our wet and muddy mountain bikes for us! Our room was clean, warm and comfortable with a pretty view of the falls and hills at the back of the inn. The food was really tasty - we had soup and steak pie for dinner and it was much better than standard pub... More

My wife and I had a great weekend here. We were welcomed warmly by Danielle (thank you!) & shown to a comfortable room overlooking the river. Both dinner & breakfast were excellent. The only minor quibble was that, having booked a table for dinner months ago, we were shown to a table in the bar, beneath a noisy TV! We... More

Stayed here for weekend early May. This is a beautiful small hotel. We had a room with kingsize bed, very comfortable, lovely linen. Great view of the river which was in spate. The food was very good , service too and overall I can say that this is a hotel well worth booking. The owners clearly work very hard to... More

We stayed for a couple of nights at Maragowan Caravan Site and its only a 10 minute walk to Bridge of Lochay Hotel where we had a great dinner along with friendly hospitality. Reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again.

Just returned from a great weekend at the Lochay, we travelled with the mother and father in law and had a fantastic time the rooms were good the food and company much better than that. The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance of the village and driving distance of some really interesting local attractions. Top marks from... More

Called in here on the way back from a walk, met the owner and had a sneaky peak at the menu. Could not resist the look of the menu so walked from the Killin Hotel ( only 10-15mins) and had our evening meal here. The food was amazing, we had pâté and haggis spring rolls, delish... Then duck breast and... More

Really enjoyed our one night stay at The Bridge of Lochay. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room overlooking the front of the hotel (room 2) which was nicely decorated, spacious yet cosy - perfect for us and our two German Shorthaired Pointers. Dogs are allowed in the bar ( not the restaurant) so we ate in there... More

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 sprogs and we stayed in the family room at the front, above the dining room. It was beautifully decorated and very modern, even though the hotel itself is an old, traditional building. It was also nice and warm (which is not always the case in old highland hotels). The service was... More
