“Homewood Suites-Memphis”

Loved our stay at Homewood Suites-Hacks Cross, in Memphis! Our suite was quite and the perfect size for 4 people. The hotel is centrally located in a great part of town and only 20 minutes from downtown Memphis.

“Evening Chef's Attitude”

Chef covering the evening shift seemed to have an attitude with the guests arriving too early to the serving area and getting something to drink or snooping around. Some of my co-workers felt offended and unsatisfied with her negative comments. She needs to have a different approach and this may affect future guests not staying at this particular hotel property.

The address of this hotesl is on Hacks Cross Road. However there are no signs for it on Hacks Cross and it is hidden behind other hotels. You will not see it from Hacks Cross.
