Made reservation online. Realized it was wrong location so I called the hotel directly and cancelled. I also sent them an email- responding to their email confirmation. Always best to have things in writing instead of relying on verbal. Thank goodness! 1 year later, they bill my credit card. They evidently did not cancel my reservation. Geesh!

I travel quite a bit. usually stay at Extended Stay,Staybridge. The linens, plate,pans,utensils ,glasses,cups,coffee maker ,toilet paper, office use (fax,copier PC) comes with the room charge, daily, weekly or more. I stayed in Value Place Murfreesboro TN fro 3 weeks and they were a very bad 3 weeks.They come to clean unannounced and when we tell them to give us a few minutes ,they claim we were rude and at the end of the stay give a huge bill of an dirty room. I would never go to Value Place... More

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Accomodations were clean and very well maintained. Extremely comfortable surroundings. Felt like we were at home. Will definitely be looking for more Value Place accomodations the next time we travel.
