My husband and I stayed at the Drovers last week whilst we were on a short break. The breakfast was great - home made jams and marmalade were delicious - and the room was absolutely excellent. We have stayed at the Drovers a few times now every time I take part in the local off-road motorcycle rally. The hosts are always accommodating - even to the point of getting up early to prepare our breakfasts on Sunday morning. Fantastic clean rooms, soft pillows and a comfortable bed. Arrived very late at night due to work, but still a very warm welcome. Beautiful house, comfy bedroom, everything I needed. Breakfast, 1st class! All fresh and local. Really well done - book direct with the owners rather than on line. Will be one I return to for a work stay over.
