I've stayed at this hotel several times during my visits to Milan. I have never been disappointed with the accommodations or the service I receive from the friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate having complimentary internet service as well as a great fitness center and delicious complimentary breakfast to start my day. They even offered warm fresh baked cookies!

Hotel staff are great. The rooms are clean but have damage from rough handling and poor workmanship in the building process. All amenities are nice, beds are comfortable. It's a great value for the money.

I would give this hotel a really good rating if the tub had of been clean. The tub had hair in it from the previous guest. The rest of room was clean. The beds slept good and breakfast was good. This is a new, clean and well appointed Hampton Inn with a Perkins restaurant next door. It is well-priced (much lower than hotels in nearby Jackson, TN). The service is good, the location is central to points north, east and west of Jackson and it is an excellent value.

The Motion Detector or IR detector thermostat is unsatisfactory - Especially when it faces the empty hallway outside the bathroom! Having to get up at 3 AM and walk by the thermostat to get the AC to turn on is unacceptable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Milan. Convenient to area restaurants that offered discounts when we showed our room key. Near Bethel University and UT Martin. Lobby was spacious for gatherings. Great Staff and Great Room. Thanks Hampton Inn

My stay Hampton Milan was great except for their beds. The beds did not sleep well my family and I tossed and turned all night. However the manager and staff were excellent, the breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean and up to date. I will return again in the future.

Everything was great: Clean rooms, quiet and restful nights sleep, great service from every staff member and very helpful with early checkin after traveling all night from Texas. Only wish is that internet access was part of the package, not an extra expense.
