had a really good pub meal here.Staff excellent and food hot and tasty - as long as you remember that its a pub meal and nothing more. Just red my last review and can honestly say it was much better this time. Waitress was really nice with the child and went out of her way to please her. Thank you... More

I've just spent two nights at this hotel, for business. Arriving late, I discovered that the manager had phoned me, to see if I needed food when I arrived. This level of service did not stop there. I am wary of small private hotels, as you cannot guarantee the quality. My room was VERY clean, modern and quiet. The food... More

A party of 12 of us stayed here in 6 rooms while we attended a wedding reception nearby. All enjoyed the stay, apparently room 19 across the car park is really good. Only really used the hotel to sleep in, although did have a couple of beers in the bar before we set off to the wedding venue. Staff very... More

Didn't see a lot of the main hotel as we were only overnight guests but the staff were very helpful & friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was ok if a little stodgy - loved the fresh eggs !! From what we saw, the hotel could do with an interior makeover. If you're going to change anything, DON'T... More

An old fashioned hotel with some interesting features such as open fires and interesting furniture. Our room for 3 people was huge. Bathroom adequate but not luxurious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food not wonderful but cheap and filling! Although in the town centre it was very quiet overnight. An inexpensive break for 3 of us so can't complain!. More

2 MEALS FOR £10 Good and hot but not much choice. Kids meal ok - got it wrong first time though! No atmosphere - really a dead end pub with cobwebs on the lamp shades. Centre of Llangefni and because there's nothing else nearby it's ok. Lovely outside building but in need of a really good clean and better training... More

I and my family had a fantastic meal at this hotel. Though I live in this town and might be considered bias , I would not post a positive review if it wasn't deserved!!.The restaurant had a lovely homely feel with a large open fire place. We were a party of 7 who had a variety of meals I recommend... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It has a long history and the building reflects a faded glory. However, much needs to be done to improve this hotel. On the plus side, this is a low budget hotel and it is reflected in the price of £176 or thereabouts for three nights. The staff are very personable, accommodating... More

Stayed here through work back in October of this year. The food in the restaurant is good quality and very reasonably priced. My room was generally clean but very dated and tired looking. Did not even have a remote for the TV as apparently, it had been stolen! My only other complaint would be regarding noise. The local lads seem... More
