I wasn,t staying at the hotel but called in for a meal at the Inn,didnt expect miracles for pub grub but this was awful,as a vegetarian I ordered the sausage and mash with onion gravy ,I was served with four Linda McCartney sausages balanced on a dollop of mashed potatoe (possibly instant) surounded by tasteless gravy.Shocking. Thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback - and I'm really sorry that you didn't enjoy your meal at The Inn at the Bay. Sausages and mash is a very simple meal though can be filling and enjoyable when served properly. I will be reviewing our supply of vegetarian sausages - which are not the make... More

Traerddur Bay is such a beautiful place and we stayed in the Trearddur Bay Hotel for 2 nights whilst visiting friends. I hadn't been here for 28 years and it was fantastic to come back again. The hotel has modernised but is still very nice and comfortable. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the bay with a... More

Myself, daughter, 6 year old grandaughter & king charles spaniel puppy have just returned after a fabulous weekend in Anglesey. The Trearddur Bay Hotel is a lovely hotel with lovely rooms, fab food, a great pool & it's right near the beach! The staff were very helpful & friendly. We were a bit dubious about bringing the new puppy away... More

We sometimes eat at the hotel and enjoy the food. I must however add my voice to the issue of service from the bar staff. Despite what seems like an overload in numbers this has only created a sense of no-one taking ownership for the well being of the customer. They are slow to respond to requests, have a disinterested... More

In the recent spell of good weather, we took the opportunity to visit Angelsey. It was early in the year, so many places were not yet open. But the Trearddur Bay Hotel was and accepted our booking for afternoon tea. It was quite delightful. The tea was huge and delicious, the service extremely helpful and the spot itself charming. My... We stayed in a refurbished room, which was excellent. We had a balcony from which you could see the sea, across the car park and the main road. The bed was wonderful, and the room was full of nice touches such as being able to adjust the tv so you could watch it from bed or on the sofa. We... More

We stayed for one night whilst visiting the area. The public areas are stunning and having stayed in the newly refurbished rooms we were disappointed to be in an old fashioned dated room. It was spotlessly clean and large with a seaview. We had a meal in the inn bar i had prawn cocktail which was slightly bland but prawns... More

Was slightly disappointed on our visit. Took my two youngest in for a meal after school on Thursday, I usually love this place in the winter (I avoid like the plague in the summer!), the service usually improves tenfold and the food is always better, but not it seems this year. I had to ask to be served at the... More

The hotel has had a long overdue facelift in 2011, I have visited a few times in the last few years as a business traveller. To echo previos comments about the noise, its quite unacceptable. Whilst a fair sum has been invested in the decor, where it was most desparately needed was sound insulation between floors. Having been rudely woken... More
