I have just spent three nights at Plas Efenechtyd with two old friends from Michigan and found the accommodation excellent. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the breakfast was good with in particular their own free range eggs, home made jam and marmalade, and excellent bread. I thought such places were only found in fairy tales, but this one was for real. It was extremely cold when we visited but it was warm and cosy inside the house. The owners were very friendly and knowledgable about the area and the local attractions. The bedroom was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb, especially the homemade bread. More
