Thoroughly recommended. Convenient location in Lampeter. Close to all amenities yet quiet. Very friendly couple with years of experience giving comfortable accommodation and a generous breakfast - everything you expect from a traditional guest house.

This was probably one of the nicest B& B's we've ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless, nice furnishings and a really nice breakfast. The owners are really helpful and very friendly.

Stayed on Saturday night (Easter) during a motor bike tour of Wales with 2 mates...very clean & comfortable, with a great Welsh breakfast...they even allowed us to garage the 3 bikes overnight!
