We had a wonderful time at Boulston Manor, a late Georgian country house near Haverfordwest. Quiet and charmingly secluded, it is the perfect getaway. We stayed in the Grand National Suite which was spacious and comfortable. The mattresses, in particular, were of very high quality - we slept like rocks.
Our hostess, Jules, was most friendly and helpful, and a...

Oh well, here is a very boring review: everything was perfect. Perhaps too perfect, we now don't seem to be enjoying the other B&Bs we are staying at. Unlike some other reviewers we thought the location was amazing, far away from everyone but only 15 minutes drive to the town if needed. Lovely hosts, lovely dogs and a lovely house....

We stayed in the Gold Cup room at the end of September. The room is beautifully appointed and supremely comfortable, Nice touches are fresh flowers, excellent hospitality tray,v. good selection, fresh milk in a flask, and not skimpy on the sugar (a rarity) + homemade welsh cakes. Breakfast in the splendid dining room was substantial but beautifully presented on china...

We stayed in the gold cup room for two nights. Definately worth the extra few pounds. Huge room, incredible view from the bedroom and bathroom. The bath is up on a plinth so you can gaze out the window from it. Its a jacuzzi bath. There is also a shower in the bathroom though. The house is really lovely up...

We stayed in the Gold Cup room for 4 days and it was a fantastic and totally relaxing time. I am from Pembrokeshire but had never heard of Boulston Manor. It is such a secret and hidden away place, but incredibly easy to find once you know its there! The location is magnificent and the views from our window made...

We stayed with Jules and her husband in September 2010 in the Gold Cup room which was magnificent. Huge queen sized bed, balcony with stunning views down to the estuary and a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The room itself is very spacious and as Jules used to be an interior designer all of the fabrics and furnishings are...

This place is exactly what I imagine a B&B should be. Originally going to Pembroke and a nice Georgian hotel, but that was booked up, which turned out to be a stroke of luck. Seriously hidden away, you pull up to something out of a Jane Austin novel. Very welcoming hostess and the friendly dogs are a nice touch. The...
