Booked a table for 7pm as a surprise for my partners birthday as we were staying in the West Usk Lighthouse just up the road (also highly recommended). I stayed at the Elm Tree in February and March while I was working in Newport. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. “our stay at the elm tree”

Stayed one night, problem with the Late room booking but sorted out by the excellent staff at the inn , first class rooms and great food, a very enjoyable stay, will be going again without a doubt. the inn is off the beaten track but we found this ok nice to see the countryside

“Wonderful homely welcome”

What a great place to meet friends for lunch or dinner. Excellent meals, exceptional value and just a really comfortable atmosphere to relax and enjoy good company. We'll be visiting again! It's easy to book a table online, with prompt confirmation.
