Stayed at this hotel recently for two nights with family and was dissappointed with the overall experience. We booked two rooms at the hotel and upon check-in the staff member was friendly and efficient. The rooms were a bit run-down but ok. Housekeeping was poor as one of the rooms had a small cockroach on the ceiling in a corner...

Yes, we do have slippers, but unfortunately they are reserved for our upgraded room type being our Privilege rooms on...

Always enjoy staying at this hotel, convenient for other choices if one does not wish to eat at the Restaurant in hotel, although best to have a car, as not close to public transport, perhaps the Rivercat would be the nearest for that.
