This is a motel NOT a resort. Day Spa receptionist was very rude. Pool and Spa were broken and filthy. Dinner and breakfast were not so great. I suggest going into Woodend for meals. Attended a wedding at this function centre on the weekend, and the venue manager was the rudest, most obnoxious and most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered.
