What a wonderful few nights away, the room was so nice and the breakfast amazing and plentiful, we would recommend this place to couples wanting some special time away. Some great eateries within walking distance too, very romantic indeed! Thanks to the owners, will go back next Autumn for the colourful display of leaves.

My husband and I spent two nights in the Queen Suite-Oak on the bottom floor of the Coach House. The suite itself if very comfortable and clean with a kitchen if you so choose to cook for yourself, a little lounge area that is quite comfortable (be warned the tv takes about 14-15 minutes to turn on once you hit the on button on the remote), a very comfortable queen size bed and bathroom complete with spa bath. If you are very short in stature like me at 4'9" you may have a little trouble swinging into the shower as it is above the spa bath but can be done. The breakfast provisions include bread for toast, juice, cereal and eggs and bacon. There is a gas heater that does warm up the suite very well. There are another two suites upstairs and if there are people in those suites you will hear a little footfall noise but other than that our stay was quiet. All up a very relaxing couple of days away from home.

Stayed for 2 nights to explore the area and to attend a wedding. Our room was downstairs with an adjoining patio where we enjoyed wine in the sunshine accompanied by an eastern spinebill harvesting the fuschia bush, what a treat! The rooms were very nice, very well appointed, bed very comfy with spare blankets. Although it was February, it was quite cool and the gas heater did a good job. We did find the bathroom a bit on the squeezy side and when we put the spa on, some stuff came out of the jets. It may be difficult for people with hip or knee issues to get out of the spa/ shower due to the high sides. The breakfast supplies were excellent with a great choice and it was lovely to sit outside to have it. Walking distance to the Pig and Whistle Tavern, 100 m and 200m the other way to the small set of shops. Very good location, driveway a bit tricky to see coming from Olinda side. We had a lovely break, thank you!

We have never stayed in a bed and breakfast and we were not disappointed. A lovely, quaint, cosy, romantic setting with a gas heater that warmed up the room perfectly, infact we had to turn it off at one stage as it was too warm! Great facilities, lovely warm cosy bed and very clean. The real highlight was the delivery of fresh crusty bread and a paper, that was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, eggs, bacon, cereal, orange juice, English muffins, spinach and a litre of milk and plenty of tea and coffee. The kitchenette was well equipped and extremely clean. A short stroll to the shops and the Pig and whistle tavern which we would highly recommend, very friendly staff and the best Parma I have had in years. So I would certainly recommend and I would love to come back one day, the owner was very friendly and left us in peace. We stayed in the Baltic room which was upstairs.

If you are after a peaceful, private retreat, charming /elegant and super clean accommodation - the Coach House delivers. Loved the bedding, sumptuous provisions and non- intrusive hosts. Kelly's Bar and Kitchen 100 metres down the road. Suggestion - an umbrella stand in the hallway in front of Mary's and Baltic suites would be handy.

To really get away from the 'business' of life book into Mary Cards Coach House. The quietness provides a panacea to work. The breakfast is amazing. All requirements are left for you to prepare at your leisure and more than enough to over indulge. The room is calm and warm and conducive to sleep.
