Upon check in, we found that the clerk was new and had been left alone on his second day. He seemed unsure, but was able to get us checked in. We received one key card and requested a second one. Generally nice place with pleasant employees. Breakfast was mediocre for a $135/night place - typical tough artificial egg things, cheap pastries, almost raw sausage. Our room needed maintenance like the bathroom door was hung poorly and dragged on the floor badly, the plumbing was run down. Overall though it was comfortable with a good AC system for sleeping.

“Great Place to Stay”

We traveled to Nashville, TN for four days and stayed at the Wingate. We found the hotel clean and the maid service exceptional and the staff pleasant. The free breakfast each morining was well done and met our needs. The location of the hotel was great with easy excess to downtown and the outlying areas.

Stayed for one night, beds had soft mattresses which worked well for us, but other family members didn't sleep well. Received a wake-up call at 5 AM which we didn't ask for, so that means they not only messed up our sleep, but the person who requested it didn't get one. Rooms are dated, shower curtain definitely at the end... More
