Checked into my room at check-in time -they make no exceptions for earlier check-ins. Found my rooms to be dirty, carpet was full of stains, kitchen utensils and floor was dirty and dusty. This was booked by my travel agent. After reading the reviews, I started to panic. Too late to change so I proceeded with fear and apprehension. Lo and behold, it was nothing that I expected.
