I stayed at this hotel for three nights in August, 2011. It might be the worst motel I've stayed in. Among the flaws: bugs; dirty sheets; an AC/heater that would remain on even when set to "off"; rooms that reeked of smoke despite being non-smoking; being told upon check-in that breakfast was included but told the next morning that breakfast... Reasonably priced, night manager nicely gave a senior citizen's discount despite the fact that my grandma forgot her current AARP card at home. What rags me off is the fact that you have to sit in the lobby to get Internet access. "Free Internet access" normally means you can get it in your room as well. Not true here! Day... More

My name is Shay Lyn... I stayed at Countryside last Saturday night. I was on my way home (Northern Indiana) from Naples, Florida, where I had moved a few months ago with my then-boyfriend. Long story short - he went psycho - totaled our car by smashing a truck in the parking lot - left our car with all my... More

No Ice, Chair broken in room, overpriced, low wattage light bulbs, can’t see a thing. They did accept dogs (good). Overall run down condition. I’ll go to a named brand hotel next time. Slow internet. More

Extremely poor taste in customer service, the general manager was extremely rude and even try to get physical with me when asking about key deposit. I find it hard to believe that the customer has to be at an inconvience because of the hotel, and yet they offer customer service in such poor quaility. The time before we did not... More

We got to our room which was ok, but again you get what you pay for. We went downtown to enjoy the fest.... More

We arrived in Nashville when temperature dropped to 7 degrees - for a musical even on Saturday – we went to another hotel were we had reservations, but walking in the door, we just didn’t feel welcomed. Noticing the Countryside Lodge and the low rate near by I went in - not knowing what to expect. After all my questions... More
