Pros: The staff is great. Cons: Stayed here for 17 days during my Mother's hospital experience at Vanderbilt. This is an old property. The rooms are badly in need of refreshing. Had a great stay in the Loews hotel. Room was very nicely prepared and clean as can be. I am a stickler for smelly, damp rooms and am willing to pay to not have that experience and the Loews Vanderbilt did not disappoint. Room had a great view and the entire staff was extremely friends.
