We stayed at this hotel during the CMA music festival. The hotel staff was friendly, energetic and helpful. The interior was not brand spanking new but was clean. Bed was very comfortable but air conditioner never really cooled our room. Also there was no hot or even warm water for my mid morning shower.

Like many of the Downtown Sheratons, great entry area and lobby/bar, restaurant is nice, but same old 'tired rooms'.....'tired Hotel'. The Staff was Excellent and compensated for the Hotel amenities. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Downtown for two main reasons: the excellent service from the staff (especially the front desk); and the proximity to the restaurants and music venues. The staff went out of their way to meet every request and ensure an excellent stay.
