Clean, quiet room with pretty decor. Breakfast area also nicely designed, with good natural light. Love those cinnamon rolls! Staff professional and friendly. We had a good dinner at the Ruby Tuesday across the busy road in front of the hotel.

First time. Stay didn't disappoint right from the check in to the room itself. This is a newer hotel which being maintained properly. Not many good eating spots around but you won't go hungry. This hotel is very nice an spacious for larger families. We are a family of 5 and fit in the suite great. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very nice and very well attended. I was very impressed and will stay there again!

Weather was freezing (literally). Ice storm covered the car with a thick layer of ice, but we were snug and warm in the room. Check-in was fast and easy. Room was very comfortable. Stayed here overnight while traveling to Nashville. The hotel is new, clean and very nice. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. The room was amazing. We had a suite with 2 king beds. This Holiday Inn Express was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was excellent! The location is close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without having to deal with the insane traffic.
