The room was average, moderately clean and quiet. It had not been updated for quite some time. The breakfast was rather poor. I would rate this motel OK for a low budget stay.

OK value for the money. Had to turn the hot water all the way up and cold water all the way off to get a slightly warm shower. Breakfast looked bad. Walked to Waffle House instead. Brand new ice machine sitting there shrink wrapped but not hooked up.

Horrible, I got no receipt, rude staff, dirty room, place was in disrepair, breakfast was absolutely pitiful (oatmeal pies, toast, cereal and Walmart oatmeal)!! Advertised $40 room but we were charged $78. Tried to get me to pay cash to save $10, then charged me an additional $9.98 room tax. No one was available upon checkout

I didn't find anything terrible like the people below are describing. Everything I needed was there, and it was reasonably priced. Could use some updating on some of the amenities, but the staff was helpful and available when I needed. I'd come back again.

Stopped at Days Inn Newport after a long journey from Florida, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, had some trouble with the wifi in the beginning but they were quick to solve that problem. Breakfast was well kept and facility was sanitary. I recommend to anyone passing thru Newport.

Terrible is an understatement! Just needed a place to catch a few zzz before finishing scavenger hunt in national park. This was an awful choice but we were too exhausted. Floors dirty, stains on ceiling, only 2 towels and wash cloths, one of which was dirty! And the worst part, the toilet barely flushed and had leftovers! Whatever you do,... More
