The hotel staff (shout out to Tristia and Carrie!) were very friendly and accommodating to our travel needs (due to weather issues, we had to change our arrival and departure dates for motorcycle trip). Great breakfast, pools, free massage chair! All staff were courteous and professional. Thanks for making our Smoky Mountains vacation a great one!
