We just checked in and had one of the most pleasant check-ins. One member of our group had just sprained her ankle earlier in the day and they were very understanding. They accommodated us quickly and took care to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They also charged us less than we expected and wrote down a list of places... More

although it is being remodeled, the staff was very accomodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The lady running the breakfast buffett, did her damnest to keep everythig stocked and running in the makeshift breakfest/meeting room

We have stayed in this Sleep Inn many times. Quiet, clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is enough to get you going or there is a Pancake place next door. We go to Dollywood and this is a very convenient place to stay. Shopping is close. Apple Barn is close and many more places to eat.

Sunday afternoon when we checked in we found that the hotel was going to be in the process of bringing in all new mattresses. We arrived at this nice Sleep Inn for one night and ended up staying for two. Our room was spacious on the 3rd floor, clean and had fridge, microwave and free Internet. It is conveniently located. The hot breakfast was well supplied with fresh cut up fruit.

This is a good reasonably priced motel that is clean and well maintained . The breakfast was a decent one as offered in all Sleep Inns .
