Outstanding service at front desk and at water parks. The lifeguards did an outstanding job of watching everything that went on. Something for everyone to do from babies to thrill sealers. The rooms were average with below average beds and pillowes. Other than that was fantastic.

Really can't find anything bad to say about this place from the room to the activities, everyone was happy. Waterpark itself is small compared to some others we've visited but not overly crowded and well run. Will definitely return.

We have been to the Wilderness Lodge in Pigeon Forge every years since they opened. Great family fun waterpark with other attractions, such as arcade, lazer tag, mini golf, bowling, etc. Can't wait to go again!

Suggest calling, at least 1 week, prior to check-in, when making advanced reservations. Our original reservation was miss-handled, but was quickly resolved.
