This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast. My wife and I agree that there is no need to look anywhere else. In addition to the great accommodations, it was the little things the owners' did to completely satisfy us. For example, Patrick called The Peddler Restaurant and got us a great table overlooking the river in Gatlinburg.... More

This place offers peaceful and tranquil surroundings and is a great place to just relax. The lodge is only a couple of miles to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge but is far enough away if you have been there, done that and you just want a quiet place to stay. The inn is very well kept, clean and offers... More

Berry Springs Lodge is such a beautiful inn--and the view is almost too good to be true. It's so high up that you can choose a room with either a sunrise or a sunset view, so you just can't go wrong. Get a room with a hot tub on the deck (and a gas fireplace)--they're just terrific. The super-nice innkeepers... More

My wife and I love B&Bs and within minutes of arriving at Berry Springs, we saw that they knew what they were doing. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub worked well and our deck had plenty of room to sit and enjoy our first cup of coffee. The rooms are side by... More

A last minute call to Patrick afforded me and opportunity to stay in the cottage of this bed and breakfast lodge. The cottage was a stone throw from the main lodge. What a lovely place. If you are looking for a peaceful location with an awesome view and prefer privacy, the cottage is for you. Although I was by myself. it... More

This is the Ritz of Bed and Breakfast!! The wife and I spent the most romantic anniversary at the Berry Spings Lodge. Hospitality is first class. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Something you would expect to see on a post card. Hot tub was great, food was out of this world. They have a library with a ton... More

We just visited Berry Springs Lodge for about the 10th time. Its always homey, welcoming and has wonderful breakfasts and desserts. Many of the guests we've encountered have also been there several times. There are lovely views of the property off the back porch or the back balconies. In warm weather it is nice to have our dinner in the... More

This was our best ever stay away from home. What did we like? Food: french toast to die for and omelets that would make any chef jealous. Cozy atmosphere: rooms was very comfy and cozy, great fireplace in the gigantic family-room fireplace, over 400 videos available for viewing, walking trails, views that could only be created by God, and they... Everyone here was so helpful and friendly. I went for a relaxing weekend and that is exactly what I got. The staff will help you with anything you need, but will also leave you to have the privacy you want during your stay. The breakfasts were delicious and I enjoyed the intimate setting of this adorable B&B. More

If you're looking for a pristine bed and breakfast in a beautiful location full of amenities and privacy, you must visit Berry Springs. There is nothing, nothing to improve on here. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, the rooms, hot tubs, and suites are comfortable, spotless, and luxurious in a relaxing, unpretentious sort of way, and the scenery is breathtaking....
