“A bit remote from Nashville”

Good service and coutesy. Nice clean and comfortable rooms but no fridge/microwave. The gym is very small but functional. Good choice of restaurants nearby (none on property). If Nashville is your destination, you are at least a half hour away but the price is typically better than anything you can find in town for similar accommodations.

“Overpriced”

Hotel is nice and clean, etc., but $99 a night is a bit much for this location. They can charge that because they have no competition in the area. Next time, I will stay a little farther away at a much better price.

“Ok hotel”

As Hampton Inns go, this was an ok hotel. I was very disappointed taht not all the rooms have small fridges and you have to request one. But they only have a handful so if they are all used, you won't be guaranteed a fridge. I like to keep beverages and leftovers cold and this was not possible.

Service is OUTSTANDING. Extremely clean, quiet, safe Hampton. Excellent location with nice dining choice very close by. I will certainly stay there again. Also, you cant go wrong dining at the Catfish House just down the street.

“Very satisfied with stay.”

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The desk employee was very helpful concerning directions and information for local attractions and was very cheerful. The food was fresh and hot at the breakfast bar.

“Comfortable and Courteous”

I found the hotel to be very clean. The rooms, although smaller, were quite comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very courteous. The only update needed would be the bath area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Springfield, TN.

I stayed on the evening of the 21st of November and departed the morning of the 26th of November. superb breakfast! Except for manager, staff were courteous and friendly. they said cookies were available during the evening, Friday evening, cookies weren't available because 'shipment didn't come it". When I arrived at the hotel on oct. 28th 2012 there was a slight miscommunication that charged my credit card the wrong amount. I discussed this with the young lady (Heather) at the front desk. “Very Nice and Clean”

Stayed here two days for a family reunion. Rooms were very nice and clean. They offered a very nice breakfast. The only issue was I didn't understand why they had one light switch that operated the vanity area and the bathroom...who does that. Other than that everything else was great.
