The telephone operator who made, changed at our request, and remade our reservations was pleasant at all times and most helpful. Our room was spacious, newly decorated, bathroom fixtures were all new, and the sink in the bathroom plus a large granite vanity and sink off the sleeping area was an added bonus.

Nice Clean Updated Hotel with free Breakfast. We stayed here for a weekend trip. The rooms are nice and clean. Rocking Chairs outside. The walls are a little thin. I could here people talking. It is in a nice quite area of the Smokey Mountains.
