Stayed here in April for my granddaughter's wedding at Cades Cove and it was very nice.Everyone was helpful.The room was clean.The bed and pillow's were very comfortable. And I love nice pillows.Could use thicker towels. More

It is basically a nice facility. The room was clean. They "hide" the fridge and microwave. No desk, but a serviceable little table with a good light. No comfortable chair in the room.
