Everyone was very polite, and tried to be as helpful as possible.At check-in I could not believe how helpful everyone tried to be...asking what they could do to make my stay better.At check-out I was asked what they could do to serve me better.Everyone was dressed professionally,and handled everything in a very professional manner.

The Hotel was very clean as you entered, clean lobby,clean rooms, sheets, towels. Breakfast was extremely nice. Very friendly staff willing to help where to eat etc. Will definitely stay there during my next visit. Keep up the good work.

The rooms were high price. Never got a completely clean room. Management didn't help. Heard kids running around all night from the owners room. All around bad experience. Nothing around bigall springs. Had 2 cars broken into whilethe we werejust there. Would not stay again

This is a great place to stay in Big Spring. This will be where we stay while there. Clean rooms and just a nice hotel. A good place for just you or your family. Friendly Staff. In a good location, close to restaurants.
