Bed old, hard, with thin linens, towels, and service. Breakfast laughable. Hard to get to, remote from office. Eggs cooked to order but no meat. Cost outrageous! Office person not very helpful but told us the eating area back out the door to the end of the walkway..

This is the only hotel I stay at in Big Spring. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast, with cooked to order eggs, is always delicious. With every visit, the welcome I receive is like that of a friend and not a customer.

Average value , average location, clean rooms, suprised to have someone ask to cook me an egg in a free breakfast set up. this was a first! Very good breakfast!

My mom and I are here now. We checked in very late. Mr Patel was the first person between Lubbock, midland, and big springs to have any customer service skills. They were priced well, nice rooms, microwave, refrigerator, and right off 20. We are g.ad we stopped and the stay was comfortable.

We have stayed there before and we are never disappointed. We love that you can have fresh cooked eggs any style for breakfast. Rooms are always kept nice.
