“Things are falling apart slowly, simple fixes needed to be made, but i guess laziness in management is more important...”

Here for a business trip, great area. Everything you want is around here. The rooms are beautiful and beds are great!! “Oh how I love this bed!”

Quick overnight stay for a charity event. Convenient hotel access. Speedy checkin - we were running late so this was especially nice! Automatically upgraded our room because we are Priority Club members. Oh and did I mention the bed is amazing?!?! TV could be larger considering the size of the room but that's the only negative I can find!

Stayed here in Oct 2012 this hotel may bear the name holiday inn express, however it in now way is comparable I any other HIE that I have stayed. Service was beyond poor Mai staff were great. The room I walked in was dirty that we checked in. The manager rash was rude. The milk was spoiled for breakfast, I asked the morning worker, Maria to check the date and the milk was one week old and towels in room were stained and dirty, not white!!! It appears to be a new hotel and was very nice throughout. A large suite, comfortable bed, and a good hot breakfast made for a comfortable stay. A good location and away from the congestion of Austin. The dining area is large with plenty of room to spread out. No complaints during this stay.
