very good place, room was adequate for the money. The front was under construction so breakfast was somewhat limited. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful. Apologies were made over the lack of choices for breakfast. Housekeeping staff good. room was clean and mattress was somewhat firm. This is an older hotel with spaces outside door.

All was relatively good except for the breakfast. With a full 30 min remaining the attendant refused to make another pot of coffee for breakfast. I was very disappointed. Lacking customer service.....

A short drive from Austin, but worth the drive to get a clean room that is reasonably priced. Granite in the bathroom/lavatory. Exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I only gave 3 stars on breakfast, because we got up too late to have breakfast, which was fine, but they had even taken the coffee up........grrrrrrr
