My wife were in town for a concert at Gexa. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The dining, bar and coffee shop were all excellent.
Parking was higher than I like at $21 a day.

Only a single elevator was working in the center tower to floors 29 and higher. I never saw anybody trying to fix it.
Breakfast food was probably the worst I've had in a while.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton, Dallas for the recent TEXMED meeting with the Texas Medical Association. The facilities and staff really seemed to want to make my stay very enjoyable. The facility is very large yet not at all impersonal. Would not hesitate to recommend.
