We reserved a non-smoking room. Upon arrival the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointed in the facility. Employee "Momadu" was very friendly at check-in. No complaints re: staff.

They do not do housekeeping every day! In a week they do it just once. Towels and toilet paper you need to look for it in the lobby. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds. The free breakfast its a joke!!! Right off the bat the best thing about this place is the customer service you get from Bryan. I always stay at this Homestead Suites, Friendly staff, clean rooms, great manager. Central location in the Dallas metro plex. close to 75 and 635, Hospital and Fire station near by, but didn't hear any sirens. The manager takes great pride in her Homestead Suites and great customer service is hard to find, this is one reason I stay here.

1. The hotel is just across the street from a fire station and near a hospital emergency room. Don't expect to get much sleep because there are sirens 24/7, sometimes a siren every few minutes. 2. I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was a great experience. The hotel staff was very help and responsive to my questions and concerns. Facility was kept very nice and clean and I would recommend for another stay for business or personal travels.
