Nice rooms and very nice breakfast- great chef! However we had such trouble finding out how to get into town without a car. The reception ladies we asked didn't know and were not overly helpful at all. A very helpful guest could tell we were struggling and told us about the DART trains and buses! good hotel and excellent breakfast. the staff are very courteous. very helpful and easy to access the various landmarks of Dallas. I enjoyed my staff and will definitely go back. you need to try their breakfast buffet.

My son in law obtained reservations for us at this hotel through a 3rd party booking site so we could attend some soccer games.
