I dont review stays on tripadvisor much these days. 80% of the time I do fill in the in hotel form and I find it interesting that I rarely get a reply - yet the "Hotel Manager" always seems to find the time to reply to the very visable tripadvisor review - PR Machine??

The AM breakfast is over average.
Parking secured.
Cool, non-standard room layouts and good amendities.

We found the Hyatt Suites to be just perfect. The front desk staff was wonderful, even remembered our names, helped us with their free shuttle service and was always friendly. The room was clean and had all amenities. The location is also close to downtown and an easy walk to the American Arena. I would highly recommend.
