This is a nice hotel with kind staff and nice lobby. My problem is that the rooms need some in depth cleaning. When you sit down, the couches smell like somebody just smoked on them.. Maybe some steam cleaner? More

Nasty, shabby decor. First room smelled foul. 20 mins later after promising to find alternate room, receptionist 'remembered' when I called to remind her. Lights and bathroom lights broken, restaurant staff totally disinterested and unfriendly. Stay at another chain if coming in. This place sucks. More
