My husband, a friend of ours, & I stayed at this hotel for the Texas Frightmare Weekend. I have to say the staff was friendly, helpful, and took part of the convection. Waitresses & staff dressed up in horror gear was awesome. We needed extra towels. Staff arrived with fresh towels in 5 mins. I loved how everything was themed.... More

This trip started off bad. American Airlines did everything possible to screw it up. So I had to stay at DFW overnight to catch a flight the following day to Cozumel. I was not looking forward to sleeping with the jets....! I'm glad I did. First the front desk attendant was attentive to our needs and got us into the... More

Staff were friendly and helpful...however the F & B team seemed to go through the motions rather than look at the situation, so we felt it was disruptive. For instance, in a restaurant which hasnt got many diners, dont you think the head waiter could see we had been looked after rather than disturbing our meal and conversation by asking... More

Normally, I dread a trip to an airport hotel, however I have found the exception to that rule! I found this Hyatt to be a real gem - clean, quiet, great service -even good food (when do you see THAT at a business hotel?) and great Wi-Fi service! There are two Hyatt hotels at DFW - the Gand Hyatt is... More

This is an airport hotels that caters to conventions and airline lay overs. The price of about $ $300.00 a night can make you sick for the quality of service. A small bottle of Aquafina that costs 30 cents in the store they ask $4.00 for in the room. The internet service is $15.00 but the download speed is so... More

My husband and I flew to Dallas for the sole purpose of interviewing for the Global Entry program. The Grand Hyatt was fully booked, but the Hyatt Regency had rooms. We found the people at the hotel most welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, although more expensive that we liked. Their transportation to the terminals was quick... More

I only stayed in this hotel for few hours as I needed to transit a flight from Dallas Fort Worth Airport at 6am and I did not arrive this hotel until 11pm. There was free bus shuttle to take you from the airport to the hotel. The lobby was stylish and staff were very polite and friendly. I was extremely... More

Ok, who would stay at an airport hotel unless they absolutely had to? However the Hyatt Regency almost allows you to forget you are at an airport. I've been to two meetings here in the last 12 months. Excellent staff. Very comfortable (and quiet) rooms. Good meeting spaces. Food on the better end of hotel conference provisions. Restaurant of even... More
