Stayed in the Hospitality suite on May 19 for my wife's graduation party. Big thanks to Scott Horn for the ease of renting the room and the catering. Crab cakes were awesome!!! But, the highlight of the room was the awesome view of downtown Dallas from our balcony. Would recommend this hotel to anybody. More

My wife and I took our 5th anniversary at the Belmont. We had a drink at the Belmont Bar, took it to the pool for the best view in Dallas, and had dinner at Smoke. What a great night. Tons of character, tons of good people watching, and almost the closest you can get to South Austin right there in... More

I stayed at the Belmont recently when I was in Dallas for the Sprint Cup race. I loved it!!! The management and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The Bar Belmont had a great outdoor covered seating area with a magnificent view of the Dallas skyline! Smoke restaurant next door who they use for room service had great food!... More

If you just saw the rooms and the lobby, you wouldn't want to stay there but the bar and the restaurant provide a fantastic experience even if you are not a thirtysomething. The outdoor bar overlooks the Dallas downtown light show and is a great place for people watching. The restaurant menu always provides lots of surprises and we have... More

This is a cute boutique hotel that we'll definitely stay at again! The regular rooms aren't anything spectacular on their own, but our view of the Dallas skyline was AMAZING! The bed was comfortable. Friendly service from staff. Our friends reserved a suite which had a wonderful balcony with a hot tub (again, with great views of the Dallas skyline!).... More

The Belmont was fantastic. By far the best place in Dallas, I barely felt the need to leave the hotel at all. The pool was great, especially in the evening with 'Dive In' movies. 'Smoke' the adjoining restaurant, the best in town and the bar had the best views over the Dallas skyline. Luckily I scored a room with skyline... More

I've stayed at the Belmont over a dozen times during the past 3 years... most recently in December 2011. The Belmont is a great alternative to the giant, cookie-cutter chain hotels in nearby Downtown and by the medical center. The ambiance at the hotel is great. I am usually there for a few nights, and it is a great place... More

Where do i begin...let's start with the good...awesome views of downtown from the junior suite we stayed in for our Valentine's weekend celebration..Location is not the most desirable but because it sits on a hill we really felt safe & secure ...the furnishings from ikea were great...the valet service was amazing and would highly recommend paying the $15 because we... I grew up in Oak Cliff and I watched the Belmont transform from a run down hideout for homeless people to a great little retro spot. The area is Oak Cliff, however, so there are pockets of run down neighborhoods. It's not like driving through Uptown or Park Cities where you find a nice hotel surrounded by nice homes. Oak... More

This is not a boutique hotel, it is a retro motor inn / motel. There is a difference. I was really unimpressed by the housekeeping. Over the course of the six days that I stayed there the bathroom amenities were never replaced. I had to call the front desk on two occasions for more shampoo and conditioner. It's fine if... More

Dear JMT, Thank you for the feedback on your stay. Please rest assured that cleanliness and a fresh room are cornerstones of our hotel. The small gold tassel that was placed outside your door is our 'do not disturb' sign, and that is the reason housekeeping did not enter to refresh your room. I regret that we were unaware of... More
