I recently stayed at the Fairmont Dallas for a work event. The hotel room was spacious and well appointed, the location was fine (central to most of my events) and the staff was friendly. My room felt a little moldly/musty and there were several stains on the carpets. The windows did not open which would have helped the stale air.... More

Hello, and thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. We are very sorry to hear that the guest room accommodations did not meet your expectations. As you mentioned, our windows do not open primarily out of concern for our guests' safety. I will share your comments with our department heads to ensure that... More

If you're allergic to mold - beware. I was having a reaction 30 minutes into my stay. After taking some Claritin and falling asleep, I woke up the next morning with my eyes swollen shut. I called down to the front desk and requested a new (clean) room. They were accommodating, and moved me to the executive level for my... More

I stayed here on an overnight business trip. For a downtown business hotel, it was fine. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful, my room was comfortable and clean, and the rate was good. Two blocks from my company's offices and walkable to some decent dining choices, so really nothing to complain about. The lobby feels very dated... More

We recently held a rehearsal dinner and jazz brunch associated with my son's wedding at the Dallas Fairmont. They did an incredible job with fabulous food, great service and exceptional venues done to the nines. Despite being a large hotel, the attention to detail and the personal involvement by Valerie, the event planner, and Peter, the chef, were beyond compare.... More

The Fairmont has an ideal location, walking distance to the Trolley, Neiman Marcus and a Starbucks on-property! The pool and gym areas were great, not crowded, well-equipped and perfect for a mini-vacation. The staff at the Fairmont is what makes this hotel so special. Concierges Philip, Ken and John were very helpful and well-informed. Tony, at the Bell desk was... More

I never write bad review for any company or place but this is the exception due to what we paid for and the quality of hotel. We booked a suite for a bachelorette party. we arrived at the hotel late due to the day activities. The front desk told us this is a 4 stars hotel but floor 17 to... More

Southwest Airlines had a great deal on this property. I paid about $100/night INCLUDING the outrageous $25/night parking fee. If I paid anything more, I would not be happy at all. **Make sure to sign up for the President's Club on the website. Well worth the time. (Complimentary WiFi etc...) The moment you arrive, it is overwhelming. Before I even... More

Location in downtown Dallas, ideal for business trip but not family friendly hotel. Nothing to do with hotel itself, very friendly staff, just not setup for families. Expect to pay extra for valet parking even though the reservations desk will tell you there is self parking, also a fee, the valet staff is "unaware" of self-parking availability. More

After reading the previous reviews I was not looking forward to this hotel. My industry group was holding their annual meeting here so I made a reservation and hoped for the best but was not expecting much. We were very very pleased with our room and found it large, spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large as well and... More
