Stayed here for one night for a quick business trip. Hotel lobby is pretty....and the front desk service was quick and excellent. I have stayed at the Fairmont Dallas twice now and it is hands down the best hotel in downtown Dallas. The staff goes above and beyond what you would expect from a Fairmont, which naturally holds very high standards. The room was immaculate and the bed was perfect! I recommend the Fairmont to everyone!

The lobby of this hotel was very inviting. The room was a bit small given the size of the hotel and Dallas. It's slightly removed from the business area but everything in Dallas is spread out so that doesn't matter. I would stay here again next time I'm in Dallas.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference for work. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The only negative was that there are some shady characters out in the vicinity of the hotel at night . You don't want to be on foot past 8pm.
