Location in downtown Dallas, ideal for business trip but not family friendly hotel. Nothing to do with hotel itself, very friendly staff, just not setup for families. Expect to pay extra for valet parking even though the reservations desk will tell you there is self parking, also a fee, the valet staff is "unaware" of self-parking availability. More
