Indigo Hotels are typically great hotels to stay in. They are very European and offer a great atmosphere. However, the one in Dallas needs some fine tuning. The paint jobs are really bad. I guess they were trying to save on money and only put one coat on the walls, when it really needs 2-3 coats. The edging is all... More

Hotel whilst a little tired & showing signs of wear & tear was very comfortable. It is in a great location & within easy walking distance of the Kennedy Memorial & also the building from which he was assassinated. This is certainly a must see exhibit when visiting Dallas. Staff were friendly & helpful.

I was excited about booking this hotel over a weekend while I was in town for a conference. While the hotel itself is cute I did find a lot of wear and tear visible in the rooms. I also did not eat at the hotel until the last morning, where I ordered breakfast and was very disappointed. For a simple... More

I thought this was a brilliant hotel. I was pleased with every single aspect of my stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone else visiting Dallas! The staff are friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The rooms are a really good size, the decor is fun and quirky and the beds very comfortable. There is... More

Indigo Dallas is in the city centre, it was peaceful and hassle free. All the staff were most helpful and patient, the hotel, although old, was beautifully maintained and full of character. The bar provided a good range of late night food when we were late arriving after a long flight. We would look no further than the Indigo Hotel... More

Hotel indigo is an older property, newly refurbished, but there are limits to what one can do to upgrade an old downtown hotel. Paint in bright colors covers many layers of old, as does new flooring etc. But, the rooms have a European feel, translate that to mean smal,l particularly the bathrooms. The closet in our room was inconveniently in... More

I arrived at the Hotel Indigo after a long drive and a rough day. There was a problem with my credit card and Chris at the front desk could not have been nicer. I put him on the phone to my husband and went to the bar for a drink. Patrick the bartender was fast, friendly and interesting. Chris came... More

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in during my three day stay in Dallas. The staff from the valet to the desk clerk to the dining staff were wonderful. The stand outs were the valets, Franklin, Eric & Brian. These three gentlemen answered every question about everything Dallas had to offer. Franklin spoke with me before my group arrived... More

As a business traveler, I had booked this hotel out of my normal radius of Dallas. I was looking forward to a boutique experience, however, found Hotel Indigo to be a place I wish I could have checked out of sooner. I booked via priceline and the rate was great @ $119. I just found the service from valet, front... More

Immediately, you can tell the hotel is old as the hallway doors are paneled, the base trim is 4" high, there's crown moulding in the rooms, and a marble threshold as you enter the bathroom. Then I learned that this is the 1st Hilton ever built, originally named Conrad Hilton, before Connie dropped his first name from the branding in... More
