I would say that overall we were satisfied with our stay. The service was incredible. You can't beat the location. There is great shopping and tons of excellent restaurants within walking distance. As a matter of fact, the Crescent is in the same complex as the Capital Grille, Nobu and Stanley Korshak. The building is a beautiful one. Probably my... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. I am disappointed that you felt the room needed renovation as we try and regularly update our rooms and suites. We are hopeful our bathrooms will be scheduled for upgrade in the near future. I am pleased to hear you received great service and that you enjoyed our great... More

Very comfortable and lovely hotel with a beautiful spa and gym. Nobu restaurant in the hotel is delicious and pricey. The conservatory for breakfast was very good, but the food was generally cold when it was supposed to be hot. We ate lunch there and had the same issue. I found the hotel to be quite excellent but bdid not care... More

Love that the French doors open for some Real air, and the Crescent has the best fitness center I've ever enjoyed away from home. More

Beautiful hotel, large room, comfortable bed. Within walking distance of the concert hall and opera house. We were at a conference and our food was part of the conference. Very, very good. When we got back to our room each evening, the bed was turned back and ice was in the bucket. Only thing--wish we had had a coffee pot... More

I treated my Mom (and myself) to two nights at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas. Everything about the hotel was exquisite, from the beautiful lobby when you enter to the very elegant spa and restaurants on site. It was, of course, quite pricey but if you're going for something above and beyond this is the place. The staff was... More

Beautiful hotel with 5 star rooms,,, Nobu's bar was cool at night. The lobby bar is a bit warm during the day because of all windows but weather out side was nice enough to have a drink outside. The hotel also had a Lexus which drove us to dinner one night. More

Our experience was completely positive. There was nothing that I could change. We went to see the Dallas Mavericks play Sacramento one night and our son road the elevator and talked to Demarcus Cousins since Sacramento was also staying at the hotel. The conceirge staff recommended excellent local restaurants. They did not try to push us to use their restaurants.... More

After a month long trip in the USA staying at hotels across the country, this hotel was the standout in quality of service. The facilities are great, the best gym I've ever used in a hotel, and the rooms are charming, elegant and comfortable. But, from the front of house to the gardeners outside every staff member we encountered, even... More

The Crescent Court is in a stately French building in the uptown area of Dallas, close to the Arts, a few blocks from the downtown buildings, and close to many chic restaurants in uptown and West Village. It adheres to the old-school manners in which customer service is the priority. The rooms are contemporary enough, but are traditional. It's the... More

Spent one night here on business, was overall pleased with accomodations, however this was not a 5 star visit. The room was clean, nicely appointed, very quiet, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Nobu (restaurant) located in the hotel was a nice plus. There is no early coffee service other than room service - there is a Starbucks nearby but... More
